I’m four weeks into my second to last term in the Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing program at Southern New Hampshire University. It’s going well. My g.p.a is up at 3.959 after taking a dip last fall. Save for putting the majority of my creative energies towards my schoolwork (which includes adding to and editing this version of the Not For Long script), I’m pretty happy with where I’m at academically at the moment.
Speaking of what I’m working on today…
I’ve been working out a arc for an upcoming Not for Long outline this morning. While it may not be in depth on the whiteboard, it totally helped frame out what I want to do in my next draft.
Other than that, not much is going on with me. I’ve been trying to find some kind of 9 to 5 in advance of ending school so I can have a good foot up on those impending loans. and I think I may be on to something here soon. I’ve also been trying to rework my Ophelia essay into a article draft in order to shop that around. In the meantime, I think I might hit up some Hemingway stories sitting on my shelf.
