The following was written for the WordPress Daily Post series. It kind of grew into a stream of consciousness thing by the end of the poem.

All day I think of you

Because I have nothing to do;

Countless hours of obsessing

Darkened by days of repressing.

Everyday I battle the thoughts –

Force them into the

Gallows of

Hell and

Keep it to me –

little, old

Now I hear you saying:

One, that sounds extreme. Are you

playing with the details?

Quit making up stories you

Stop telling us half

Won’t you confess this is

You’ve got

Zilch, try again.

Welcome to the empty recesses of my mind! I'm a recent college graduate realizing a Creative Writing degree was a bad idea. Give me a pity like. Or you could check out the about sections (on the front page and about this author page) on my blog to learn a little more about me. Whatever.
