It’s ok to cry – that’s what grieving is.
It’s ok to miss them, to want to kiss them – just one last time.
It’s ok to question everything – was it all a lie? No one ever wanted this.
It’s ok not to listen – to know what you’re going through is to know what you’re thinking and you’re the only one who could possibly know that.
It’s ok to be ok, to watch the sadness fade away. It’s ok to carry on, It’s ok to be that strong.

If I had one chance, to give some advice, “It’s ok to be ok and not think twice.”
